I am awful pulling out differentials as a new 3rd year. This is helping a ton!

I have this app already in my ipad but when i update it and delete all the apps and redoanlowd it all , this app i cant download it why ?!! Plz help me ASAP i need it .. I cannot restore it at all why please help me

A useful app for quickly referencing differentials that correspond with various findings or complaints, the price is appropriate for what you get. It’s not too difficult to find what you’re looking for inside of the app and the overall interface works well. There is one major annoying quirk, however: the update mechanism. Most of us are probably not using this app every day, but may pull it out a few times a month. The goal is to quickly look something up and move on, yet the app’s update mechanism insists on kicking in at launch and on seemingly random days. There is no way to skip the update process, and heaven help you if you’re in an area of the hospital or clinic with slow or no internet access, as the application simply will not let you use the rest of it before updating. Because of the update issue the app is a bit less usable or reliable as it could (and should) be.

Helpful for building ddx on the fly.

Ive been trying to use this application ever since it was first released several years ago. While I had some good use out of it for a while, they have a very strict policy when it comes to the number of the potential downloads of the application. With resetting of my devices over the years, and the replacement of these devices, the absolute number of "devices" that you can utilize the application on doesnt seem to ever change. They state that you can only use the application on five devices. I presently only you try to use this application onto devices, but these are two devices that replace previous iPads and iPhones. Somehow, though I dont use those old devices any longer, they still count toward my number of total devices that the application has been used on.this seems ridiculous, and technical support refuses to address the problem. I will no longer try to use this product
