Diagnosaurus® DDx App Reviews

Developers are making customers of previous version of Diagnosaurus repurchase an app they already own just to get upgrades, including iOS 7 support. Dont buy this if you want to make any sort of lasting investment as it will only be a matter of time until youll have to repurchase it again. I spend several hundred dollars a year on medical decision support tools. I was already pretty skeptical of Unbound Medicine but will now go out of my way to avoid their products and encourage my colleagues to as well. Its unbelievable that a supposed professional medical publisher is nickle-and-diming customers over a $2 app.

What the heck-- if I bought this, I should be allowed to use it for as long as I like without having to repurchase the app. Unbound Medicine always was expensive, but now its looking simply greedy. And no, Im not biting. Can do without.

Im a second year medical student, this app has been very helpful in coming up with a more complete DDx

As s Neurologist I found it unhelpful for my use Good for medical students or maybe Generalists

Why isnt there an option for people who already bought the app?

Bought it once already. Shouldnt have to buy it again.

I have to pay twice for an app that no longer works when you tap on an entry. Do not download.

Preview looked good but then did not work once I paid!

I already bought this app how come when i clicked restore purchase it says i havent purchased it yet????? Do i have to buy this AGAIN? Geezzz..

Cant get it to work. Pages show up as blank white pages. There is no customer support unless it is M-F 9-5, and we all know that patients only come to the hospital during those hours. If you want to offer support apps for the medical community you need to realize medicine is a 7 day per week business.

App doesnt work, I was trying to show this to some med students on rotation, what a bad experience.

Restore purchase does not work and the app is shut out of basic functionality unless you pay for it again. Would give no stars if possible.

I previously payed full price for this app and now they did some update and cant use it anymore. Very unethical. Apple should remove this company from the App Store

Try deleting app and then sync the app from iTunes on your computer rather than doing a direct App Store download. Saved me two bucks!

Love this App! Its worth the few bucks. And I think its a great way to brush up on some content before lecture or clinical.

I first purchased this app from the App Store when I got my iPhone 3S back in med school. It loaded onto my iPad with no problems back in early 2013. I recently replaced my 3S with a 6 and Im receiving instructions to purchase the app. Unbound rep said they couldnt help because I purchased it through the App Store, not from unbound directly. This is also an issue with several other apps...shady!

It is not optimized for the iPhone 6 Plus???

Great little app to refresh your memory when you need it, covering even more obscure ddx. Recommend!

Its a fun app for remembering your differential. They need to make it possible to add to the differential. Just add an edit feature so I can type in other differentials that arent included. They should also make it possible to make your own categories.
